David Friedman

Graduating with a degree in Construction Management in 1980, David began working as Project Engineer on a large courthouse addition. Since that time he has worked as Estimator, Project Manager and Construction Manager through a wide variety of projects including public works, hospitality, medical, commercial, industrial, tenant improvement and telecommunications.

Barry Gibson

Involved in hospitality since 1975, Barry has held reputable positions at local and corporate levels.  Barry was simultaneous Director of Engineering for two large full service hotels. He has extensive knowledge of  hotel mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire alarm systems. As Project Manager of this large hotelier, Barry was responsible for budgets, scheduling, contract awards, estimating and management for multiple concurrent full service hotel projects ranging from one to eight million dollars. Barry understands what is needed from a contractor to make as little impact as possible on hotel operations. His experience managing renovations and construction in the hospitality industry has earned him many requests for repeat performances from satisfied customers.
